F.L.A.M.E.S is excited about the work we will be doing locally and nationally. The great thing about our organization is that we are a collective of women from different locations and backgrounds that create a foundationally diverse catalyst for impact. Below are some positions that will be open for those who want to not only travel and fellowship but be a part of the impact we have on lives and expansion. The Executive Administrator will support the communications of the national organization in ensuring that all members have updated information, received outgoing communications and support the CEO closely in expansion efforts.
The Chaplain will support the ministerial covering of the organization. Provide support to ensure that prayer is inclusive in our trainings, gatherings and a place of confidentiality for individual members.
The Director of Ministry Affairs will be responsible for all affairs of the organization as it relates to assisting members in handling ministerial issues. She will provide training on basic protocol and church etiquette that can be utilized in all denominations, mentorship to members on how to properly handle situations within their own church and ministry and assist with handling grievances and disputes amongst members of the organization.
The Director of Outreach will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all Outreach efforts of the organization. They will assist with ensuring the organization supports at least six initiatives throughout the year and develop a team to support those efforts.
Our state liaisons are a major driving force within our organization. They are responsible for not only being the hands and feet that coordinate national stops in their area, but they ensure the continuity of fellowship within the state. Liaisons are apart of the national board to ensure each state's representation.
Our communications team support the overall organization with ensuring our marketing, advertising and forward-facing materials are timely, accurate and consistent on social media, email and networks.
This position is responsible for listing, maintaining and organizing our national directory, ensuring proper tier level access and supporting members with connecting to resources.
The Executive Director would be responsible for ensuring the education and training aspects of the organization are fulfilled within activities throughout the year and reviewing education criteria for upper-level tier placements.
This director would be responsible for assisting and supporting parents that have children in K-12 with establishing support, tutoring and advocacy for women with children in the age group.
